Roger Low Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Schroeder-Stark-Welin Funeral Home - Boone on Dec. 27, 2025.
Roger Low, 59, of Ames, Iowa, passed away at Mary Greeley Medical Center on December 24, 2025. Roger was a tough man on the outside, but those who knew him best understood that behind it was a heart full of devotion, loyalty, and care for the people he loved most.
Roger found peace in the simple things, and nowhere was he more at home than by the water with a fishing pole in his hands or spending time with his grandchildren.
His strength, grit, and unmistakable personality left a lasting mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is survived by his children, Madison, Nicole, and Jaecob, and his beloved grandchildren, Brooks, Logan, and Boston, who brought him immense pride and joy.
Roger will be remembered for his unwavering love, his stubborn determination, and the strength he showed in everything he did. The world feels quieter without him, but his love and the memories he created will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
In keeping with Roger's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held at this time.
