Roger Minix Obituary
Survived by his two daughters, Stacy Minix McCune of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, Melanie (Gary) Combs of Oil Springs, Kentucky, girlfriend, Linda Montgomery, of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Wendall (Sheila) Minix, Mark (Jennifer) Minix both of Salyersville, Kentucky, eight grandchildren, Jillian Danielle Bailey, Ethan Kyle McCune, Cameron Isabella (Stephen) Ward, Luke Strawder McCune, Adam Nicholas McCune, Aiden Gabriel Holbrook, Tyler Scott (Jerrica) Combs, Austin Blake Combs, nine great-grandchildren, Piper, Jaycee, Nash, Jensen, Ridge, Waverly, Jaxon, Jagger, Harper, the mother of his children, Jackie Minix, his first cousin and best friend, Terry Salyer.
In addition to his parents, Roger is preceded in death by one daughter, Fawn Minix, son-in-law, Rich McCune, three brothers, Patchell MInix and his wife, Betty, Tommy Minix, Randall Minix and his wife Paula, and one sister, Connie Minix.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday, September 02, 2024 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Floyd Arnett officiating. Burial will follow in the Troy Minx Cemetery at Oakley, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Sunday, September 01, 2024 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
