Roger Roberts Obituary
Born October 18, 1943, at Winfield, AL, to the late Claude Owen Roberts and Virginia Avery Roberts, he had lived in the Sikeston area several years and was a retired computer programmer. He was an avid Alabama "Roll Tide" fan.
Surviving are his daughters, Cynthia (Rob) Bailey and Angela Roberts; his grandchildren, Andrew (Mary) Harbison, Tyler (Kinleigh) Gentles, Meghan (Levi) Moore, Breanna Bailey and Eli Cain; nine great grandchildren; his sisters and brothers, Evelyn (Paul) Ryan, Terry (Ginger) Roberts, Linda (Colonel) Lake and Mona (Connis) Booth; also, a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Deborah Roberts; his grandson, Hunter Joseph Bailey; and his brother and sisters, Ronald Roberts, Olene Mainord and Jennifer Senkine.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.
Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the Matthews Cemetery in Matthews, MO.
McMikle Funeral Home of Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
