Rohan Chopra, 45, of Charleston, entered into eternal rest Friday, December 8, 2023. Rohan was born March 27, 1978 in Mumbai, India and grew up in the United Arab Emirates. He attended the Hotel Institute of Montreux, in Switzerland and the University of South Carolina. He earned his Masters in Business Administration. He was the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express in Summerville, SC. Rohan loved his family, spending time with his son, traveling and animals. He cherished his friends and staff members at work. The talent he had to speak many languages was truly amazing and he had the kindest heart. He is survived by his adoring son, Conner Chopra of Charleston, SC; his father, Madan Chopra (Lazat) of Dubai; his brother, Jatin Chopra (Prashanti) of Dubai; and 2 nephews, his former wife of 15 years and dearest friend, Hope Johnston. He is predeceased by his beloved mother, Neena Chopra. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel and services were private.
