Rollin J. Soskin

Rollin J. Soskin, age 72, of Buffalo Grove, beloved father of Ryan (Catherine Case) Soskin and Sarah Soskin; adored grandfather of Palmer, Campbell, Jack, and Graham; devoted son of the late Sam and the late Jacqueline Soskin; cherished brother of Stephen Soskin; loving partner of Ellen Lipshutz; treasured uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Rollin was a happy-go-lucky attorney who practiced law for over 45 years, building deep relationships with clients who trusted him for decades. "Jolly Rollie" was generous, wore his heart on his sleeve, and always marched to the beat of his own drum. Beyond his work, he had a deep love for music and never missed an opportunity to sing karaoke. In his younger years, he was a soccer star and the proud high school mascot at Niles West, always bringing his trademark enthusiasm wherever he went. We will miss his warmth, kindness, and unwavering love, but we find comfort in knowing he touched so many lives.
Memorial Service Sunday, 10:00 a.m. Ct at The Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove (1 Block N. of Lake Cook Rd.).
