With greatest saddens and shock we learned about the death of Ron Nachman, an awesome man of incredible personal power and vision, an inspiration for so many people who had the privilege to know him; one of those who makes history by living their lives of strong beliefs and acting from their heart and soul. His outstanding magnetic personality and powerful leadership changed the reality of his country and his city, the city of Ariel. He knew what he lived for and he was not sparing any effort to fight for his great cause.

May he rest in peace and may his blessed memory be alive in the hearts of all of us who knew him.

I had the distinct privilege of meeting Ron Nachman. He was a strong, engaging personality who worked tirelessly to share with others his vision of a Smart City. May your memory always be blessed.

Ron Nachman ,zikhrono livrakha, has always been a role model of Sabra to me, from the first moment when I and my wife Rachel arrived to Ariel from airport and were greeted literally at the gate of the city by its mayor. I greatly appreciated Ron's effort to bring as much as possible 'olim hadashim' to Ariel (45% of Ariel population today), to gain an official city status, and many more battles he won to the benefits of Ariel and the people of Israel.
I am in a deep shock and I send my deepest sympathy from me my wife and 3 children, 2 of which were born in Ariel, to Ron's family, and to people of Ariel who lost such a wonderful person.
