Dear Toby and family, Peggy Collingwood Crooks and husband Ken extend our deepest sympathy in your loss. We warmly remember the wonderful welcome that you and Rona extended to the Conrad gang several years ago when we visited Cape May and your home.

Dear Toby, Mike, Dave, Betsy, and all of the extended family.

I count myself amongst the very many whose life was touched, nurtured and made better by knowing this fine human. The smile and welcoming that she gave each and every time you would see her was so honest and caring and made you feel so special.

I didn't know it at the time but when she asked me to consider helping with the gardens at the Washington Inn, that it would be the defining catalyst to the beginning of my career, and that same supportive person pushed me to show my art work there years later. Both those times I was just a beginner, but she treated everyone as accomplished and encouraged and acknowledged those around her as a giant extended family.
My heart is hurting for all of you and I want you to know how much she and your family have meant to mine. She is already missed.

Dearest Betsy and Toby,
My sympathies are with you. Although I did not spend much time with Rona, I do remember her sincere smile and kindness. It is so obvious how much she was loved when you see the sadness of those that knew her. What a beautiful life she led with so many accomplishments and love around her.
My thoughts and prayers are with you in these sad days.
Love,
Sandy Wisner

One of the sweetest and kindest, not to mention generous people I have ever known. She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

I was so sad to hear of Rona's illness and then her passing. She was an incredibly gracious hostess to our college and Toby's high school groups when we visited Cape May. She made our visits truly memorable. She had a gift of making each of us know without a doubt that we were very special to her.
My heartfelt sympathy to Toby, to the entire family and to the Cape May community.
Rona was loved and will be missed by so many.

Toby, Betsy and family.
Candace and I visited Toby and Rona in summer of 2014. I sell grapes to them for the winery. They treated us like royalty, far beyond what anyone could imagine. Rona was especially gracious sharing her home and family stories. We still have the fondest memories. Betsy, you have the best parents. In life sometimes we are blessed to be in the company of people like Rona and Toby. They make the world a better place. Peace and love, Kent and Candace Waliser

I am blessed to have Rona as a "sister-in-law" for the past twelve years. She welcomed me into the family with such warmth, and became a true friend. Her hospitality and love made it a joy to visit her and Toby and their family in Cape May as often as we could. We will miss her and look forward to being with her again in God's Kingdom.
