Ronald Charles Anderson, 82, loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother passed away Monday, June 16, 2025.
Service: 10:00am Tuesday July 1, 2025 at White's Funeral Homes, 105 Denver Trail, Azle, TX 76020
Interment: Ash Creek Cemetery, Azle, TX.
Visitation: 5-7:00pm Monday June 30, 2025 at White's Azle Funeral Home, 105 Denver Trail, Azle, TX 76020
Ron was born July 5, 1942 in Spencer, Iowa, to Herman and Mildred Anderson. Ron served in the Army starting in 1964 and was honorably discharged in November of 1970. He married the love of his life, Linda Anderson, February 27, 1969, in Dalhart. After 47 years, Ron retired from the Burlington Northern/Santa Fe railroad in 2011. Ron will be missed by all who knew him.
Survivors: Daughter, Cinda Sackett and husband, Danny of Amarillo; sons, Richard Anderson of Azle; and Steven Anderson and wife, Bobbi of Arlington; grandchildren, Nick Sackett and wife, Lauryn, Janetta Hall and husband, Brian, Lucas Anderson, Colin Rylee Anderson, Aidan Anderson and Levi Sackett; great-grandchildren, Brooklynn Sackett, Karsyn Sackett, Blake Sackett, and Noah Sackett; siblings, Lee Nelson, Pete Anderson, and Dennis Anderson; and a host of loving friends.
