Ronald W. Arvio

Ronald W. Arvio, proud Army Veteran, passed away peacefully early Saturday morning, January 17, 2026 with his loving family at his side. Our hearts are broken as we celebrate Ronald's 89 years of life on this earth. He was the beloved husband of the late Miriam Thompson. Cherished father of Ronald Arvio, the late Linda (Marc) Ingenoso and Patricia (Mark) Sirvinskas. Proud Papa of Michael (Liz) Sirvinskas, Scott (Miranda) Sirvinskas, Nicholas (Mandy) Sirvinskas and Angela Ingenoso. Great old Papa of Charlotte, Evelyn, Nathanial, Mackenzie, Liam and coming baby girl. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Lillian Arvio and his siblings, Shirley and her husband, Laurence Consentino and Alvin and his wife JoEllen Arvio. Ronald was a longtime resident of Chicago. He grew up in the Bridgeport neighborhood and lived in the Garfield Ridge area from 1962 until 2020 when he moved to Sunrise of Palos Park. Visitation is Tuesday, January 20, 2026 from 10 AM until time of Service at 11:30 AM at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave.(55th street just west of Harlem). We will go in procession from the funeral home to Concordia Cemetery where Ronald will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife.
