Ronald "Rd" Dirickson

Ronald (RD) Dirickson, 69 of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma formerly of Elk City, Oklahoma was born on March 1, 1953 in Elk City, Oklahoma. He is the son of Donald M. and Norma Jean (Leonard) Dirickson. Ronald went to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at St. Anthony Hospital, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma surrounded by his loving family.
Ronald enjoyed landscaping, planting flowers, photography and hiking. He also enjoyed traveling. Ronald loved spending time playing games with his family and loved his moms chocolate pie that she made for all the family dinners. All plants and flowers were saddened on this day.
Celebration of Life will be conducted 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Greenwood Cemetery, Weatherford, Oklahoma. Rev. Vann Leonard will officiate. Interment will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Weatherford, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the care of Richard and Tammy Dugger and the staff of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Cherishing his memory is his mother, Norma Jean Dirickson of Elk City, Oklahoma; two brothers, Don Dirickson and his wife, Cathy of Edmond, Oklahoma, Jay Dirickson of Edmond, Oklahoma; two sisters, Pam Dirickson of Clinton, Oklahoma, Jan Litterell and her husband, Lee of Elk City, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews, Cori Beagles of Edmond, Oklahoma, Colby Dirickson and his wife, Amanda of Edmond, Oklahoma, Jared Dirickson and his wife, Kayla of Leedey, Oklahoma, Allison Litterell of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Connie Van Meter and her husband, Tyler of Hammon, Oklahoma, Ashton O'Toole and her husband, Tim of St. Louis, Missouri, Austin Litterell of Chickasha, Oklahoma; three great nieces; six great nephews; and his special friends, Robert Wood and Nanci Royal.
Ronald is preceded in death by his father, Donald M. Dirickson and one brother, Leonard Dirickson, one special aunt, Dixie Gilworth.
