Ronald Eugene Fields

Ronald E. Fields, age 85, of Washington, AR passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025, in Texarkana. Ronald was born on September 24, 1939, in Mooreland, Oklahoma to the late Ralph and Eva Weisbrod Fields. Mr. Fields was retired from his family farm and attended Hope First Assembly of God. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Eva Mae Fields, and daughter-in-law Paula Fields. Ronald is survived by his two sons, Monty G. Fields and David L. Fields; his daughter Rona Fields all of Washington, AR; three grandchildren Monica Fields of Farmington, Krystle Sivley and her husband Guy of Ashdown, and Shaye Fields of Washington; six great grandchildren Jackson Foster, Mason Ueckert, Kaitlin Sivley, Natalie Sivley, Skye Standokes and Willow Standokes; and a host of family and friends. Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00am Monday, August 4, 2025, at Columbus Cemetery with Augustine Alaniz officiating, under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home of Hope.
