Titusville - Ronald Frank Greytak, Sr., 86, of Titusville, FL passed away peacefully on Friday July 26, 2024, at the Edward M. Poe Hospice Care Center.

Born July 6, 1938, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, he is the son of the late Frank and Helen (Pirog) Greytak.

Upon high school graduation, Ron enlisted in the United States Air Force and served in the Korean war and became a proud United States Airforce Veteran. He was employed by United Illuminating Company in Connecticut before moving to Florida in 1977 where he became a CDL driver until his retirement. He enjoyed playing the accordion for friends and family, as well as occasionally playing for special events. Ron was a very social person loved spending time and supporting the local VFW and American Legion in Titusville.

Ron is survived by his children Laura Paolinelli of Estero, FL, and R.J. Greytak with his wife Deanna Greytak of East Hampton, CT; sister Frances Keane; grandchildren Rachel and Matthew Paolinelli and niece Debbie Crouse and her family.

A time of visitation will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024, from 1:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 pm in the North Brevard Funeral Home, 1450 Norwood Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796.

I will miss Ron. Not only my father-in-law but also a dear, trusted friend. His memory will always be with me. My deepest condolences to Laura, RJ and Ron's friends.
