I have known Ron my entire life, and I treasure the memories I have of him. When I was young, he was one of the brothers who helped teach me how to be a minister - how to knock on doors with courage, share hope with warmth, and truly reflect Jehovah´s love in the way I spoke to people. He always made me feel welcome and valued, like I was part of his own family.
A couple of days before he passed away, I had the privilege of talking with him on video. We shared memories, smiles, and love - and even though his body was failing, his kindness and gentle spirit were still shining through. That conversation is a gift I will cherish forever.
Ron was always ready to help anyone with anything they needed, without hesitation. His quiet strength, his deep faith, and the love he showed so generously touched so many lives - including mine.
I look forward to seeing him again in the New World, healthy and full of life, doing what he loved most - helping others and praising Jehovah with that same beautiful smile. Until then, I hold onto the hope he helped teach me and the wonderful example he left all of us.
Sending love and prayers to Ruth and the entire family.
