Sherry,
My heart went out to you when I heard the news about your husband. I would like to offer you and your family my deepest sympathy. It is always hard when we loose a love one. I believe the one thing that gets us through times like this is remembering that God only loans our love ones to us for a short time and then He returns them home to Him. Remember your husband by cherishing the good and bad times, and he will always be in your heart. I believe if you continue the traditions that he established with the family, you will always feel like he is right there by your side. I know that you will be grieving for a while; however, you must hold on to your faith and be strong in the Lord. Lean on Him and He will comfort you. Grieving is a process that we must all go through; so is rejoicing. Celebrate your husband's life and all that he accomplished. Rejoice with the Lord and thank Him for placing Ron in your life, even if it was only for a short time. Remember, you are not alone, you have your family, friends, and most importantly, God to lean on. I will remember you in my prayers. Take care of yourself and be strong.
