Ronald Steven "Ron" Lange

Ronald "Ron" Steven Lange, born on September 16, 1966, in Wayne, Michigan, passed away on November 19, 2025, in Milan, Michigan, at the age of 59.

Ron was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend. He is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Sue Lange, who stood by his side through life's many adventures. Together, they built a loving family, including their cherished children, Nicole (Alex Waters) Lange, and Brandon (Savannah Carmona) Lange. Ron's love for his children was fierce and unwavering, and he treasured every moment spent with them.

A skilled tradesman, Ron dedicated his career to Ford Motor Company, where he worked diligenty in tool and die and earned the respect of his colleagues. He also did Powder coating on the side. His passion for cars extended beyond his professional life; he was an avid racing enthusiast who traveled across the country to witness the thrill of the race. This love for racing was a bond he shared deeply with his daughter, Nicole, who also inherited his appreciation for hot foods. Ron was Nicole and Brandon's #1 fan when it came to their involvement in sporting events, such as Nicole's track and Basketball and Brandon's football, never missing a game for either one of them.

A man of selflessness and warmth, Ron was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His infectious laugh could light up any room, and his love for his children was evident in every aspect of his life. He and his son, Brandon, created lasting memories on several cruises together, exploring the Caribbean and marveling at the beauty of Alaska.

He is also survived by his parents, Jim and Sandi Lange, his brother, Bob (Barb) Lange; and his sister, Laurie (Chris) Brandt. Ron was a proud uncle to his nieces, Jen and Rachel, and nephews, Noah and Isaac. He also leaves behind great-nephews, Owen, Aiden, and Beckett; as well as many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly. Last, but certainly not least, Ron leaves behind his beloved dog and companion Luna, who was by his side always. They did everything together, including going on golf cart rides. Ron often shared whatever he was eating with Luna. He absolutely adored her and she devoted everything to him.

Ron is preceded in death by his in-laws, Marion and Ken Davis; his brother-in-law, Glenn Davis; his maternal grandparents, Bea and Billy Key; and his paternal grandparents, Elmer and Marian Lange.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a visitation on November 25, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Michigan Memorial Funeral Home. A service celebrating Ron's life will follow at 3:30 PM, with interment at Michigan Memorial Park.

Ron will be remembered for his generous spirit, his love for his family, and the joy he brought to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed but forever cherished in our hearts.
