Ronald F. Lubis

Ron was scoutmaster at troop 312 when my sons and I were looking to crossover from Cub Scouts. What he had accomplished with that troop was a primary reason we chose St Thomas. He was active with the troop for most of the years we were involved and his wisdom and scouting knowledge helped keep the troop at an exceptional level. He along with Bob Martino and Vince Weir were regulars at the scout meetings and contributed to the teaching of the scouting values to the scouts and leaders. I am sorry to have missed the celebration of his life today but I literally just got the news this evening. My thoughts and condolences are with all of his family, he was a very special man.
