Ronald Eugene "Ron" Lund

I wanted to pass on my condolences, but also my regrets for not being able to attend Ron's service. Unfortunately my Parkinson's and age would make the trip from Brainerd difficult and very stressful.
I wish I would have seen Ron more often in the last ten years or so. The last time we were together was when my brother Anders came over from Finland a few years ago and we went down to visit. We went out on Ron's sailboat that day and had a nice visit. He was a kind and wonderful man.

I met Ron at Medtronic in the early 1990´s, right out of college. He was one of the first executives I´d ever had the chance to engage with in a professional setting. He was always so approachable and unassuming for someone who´d accomplished so much. He gave me more time than I was due and that´s something I´ve never forgotten and has influenced my own leadership style to this day. Blessings to the family and all his friends!
