Ronald Clay Samples, 55, of Bomont, West Virginia, passed away on January 5, 2026.
Ronald was born on December 29, 1970, in Garden City, Michigan. He was the son of Rodney and Erma Samples, also of Bomont, West Virginia.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Stacy Samples of Bomont, West Virginia.
He is survived by his sister, Terry Mullins (Wyatte) of Bomont, West Virginia.
Ronald was a 1989 graduate of Clay County High School. He was brilliant and experienced in many vocations throughout his life, including entrepreneurship, union iron worker, health claims adjuster, and house painter, to name a few.
He was a gifted artist and a master of martial arts. He enjoyed camping and gardening. He loved sports cars, especially Mustangs. His favorite place was Kapa'a in Kaua'i, Hawaii, and he enjoyed many years living there.
There will be a private burial at the White Family Cemetery in Bomont, West Virginia.
