Ronald "Ron" J. Shea , of Lansdale, passed away on Monday, November 3rd, 2025. He was the beloved husband of late Eleanor E. Shea with whom he shared over 67 years of marriage. He was also predeceased by his grandson, Adam Gasparetti.

Born August 17, 1932, in Jersey City, New Jersey, he was son of the late Joseph and Frances Shea.

Ronald was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He dearly loved his wife (Eleanor) & his children (Jacqueline, Johnathan and Patrick) and enjoyed music, sports, especially golf and sailing. He had a long career in the foundry industry where he rose to become a plant manager and foundry superintendent and then later transitioned to his own successful business as manufacturer's representative. He was a fantastic family man and loved his dogs Diamond, Hobo and Sam . He was an historian, enjoyed old war movies and loved to travel, both domestically and internationally, with his family and especially his wife. Ron was very adept mechanically performing all kinds of home repairs and construction projects and you could always rely on the work withstanding the test of time. Ron was a true family man and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Ron is survived by his children Jacqueline M. Shea – Winner and her husband, Charles, of Schwenksville, John Shea and his wife, Shirley, of Pottstown, PA, and Patrick Shea and his wife, Ellen, of King of Prussia, PA; grandchildren Nicole Hughes, Robert Forst, Danielle Madden, Ryan Shea, Colleen Shea, and Charles Winner, Jr.; great-grandchildren Amelia, Violet, Jackson, Taylor, Sydney, Alex, Emily and Lucas; and great great grand daughter Kayia.
