Ronald Taylor Obituary
He was born September 20, 1948, son of the late Kenneth and Eileen Hissam Taylor.
Ronald was a US Army veteran and a Lutheran by faith. His greatest pleasures were spending time at camp, fishing and listening to his grandson, Gage, play guitar and sing. He loved nature and nature loved him. He enjoyed feeding and caring for raccoons and was a great and simple guy who was loved by many.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert "Butch" Hissam.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Caroline Crupe Taylor; son, Ronald Taylor, Jr.; daughter, Alisha Taylor; grandchildren, Alexis and Ronni Taylor and Gage Hull; great-grandchild, Gunner Jenkins; furbaby, Frannie; brothers, Gary Taylor, Keith "RALPH" Taylor and Scott Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Road Home Animal Project, P.O. Box 522, St., Clairsville, OH 43950 or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 (901-595-3300).
