Ronald D Waters

Ronnie was a kind man with a gigantic heart. He gave more to the members of his community than the average person by far, while having far less than average. He took an appreciation to the children in Lapel and would often stop in with toys He had found for our son. Ronnie will be missed by those he shared his smile with around town deeply.

I seen him all around the lapel walks around its gonna be weird not seeing Ronnie anymore we called him Ronnie we will miss u
