WEEL, Mr. Ronald Edwards Jr. - Age 39, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at McLaren Bay City. Family hour 1:30 PM Friday, March 29, 2024, from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 2:00 PM. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 1:30 PM Friday. Mr. Wells will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM- 6:00 PM Thursday with family present from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM to receive friends. Mr. Ronald Wells Jr. was born October 23, 1984 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the son of Ronald Sr. and Cynthia Wells. Ronald was a resident of Flint, Michigan. He grew up as a member of Metropolitan Baptist Tabernacle under the leadership of Pastor A.J. Pointer. Ronald attended Flint Community Schools. At the time of his passing, he was employed with People Ready. He loved sports and music. His family was a very important part of his life, rapping was also a very integral part of life. Ronald loved performing and enjoying life. He was a part of the rap group, "BOM". Mr. Ronald Wells Jr. leaves to cherish his memory: parents, Ronald Sr. and Cynthia Wells of Flint; loving and devoted friend, Rasheda Britt; close friend, Ashley Berry; 2 daughters, Jonique Thomas and Jemeaka Thomas Wells; son, Ronald Wells III; 2 step-children, Roman Britt and Ray'onna Felton; grandmother, Grace Cooper; uncles, Charles Bates Jr; a host of cousins including special cousin, Shanise Cooper; a host of other relatives and friends, Deonte Finch, Ty Edwards.
