Ron was one of those guys without a bad bone in his body. If you knew him, you liked him. One of the truly good people. He was a classmate of mine in 1963 and we have been friends ever since. A great family man and golfing buddy. To say that he will be missed is an understatement. Rest in Peace old friend.

Gail and girls,
We remember Ron as a most congenial and pleasant individual. Our friendship existed for over half century but the best part was there were no boundaries of time or distance. Rest well, dear friend!
Love. Stella, Jim and our girls

Ron and I were students together in Inspector training in 1963. Ron could always be counted on to do the right thing and was really good to be around. Over the years Ron and Gail and my family had interaction in Memphis and Princeton, NJ and it was fun. Gail, you were married to a fine man and he was married to an outstanding woman. God bless Gail and the girls.

I met Ron when I was assigned to the Cleveland, OH office in the late 1970's. Several Inspectors (12 to 16) would make a trip to Callaway Garden for a long weekend of golf. Ron was the INC in Atlanta, GA at he time. He made this trip a few times. He was a real gentleman and a very avid golfer. I remember hitting my golf ball near the waters edge playing the Garden course. Ron and I were looking for the my ball when we saw the largest and biggest snake we had ever seen. We both jump and ran for the fairway. I never saw that golf ball again. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was always nice to be around. I considered him a friend even though he was the INC. He did love the game of golf. I will miss him.

I worked for Mr.Whitney at the Regional Chief Inspectors Ofiice in NYC. He was well respected by all who came in contact with him. A gentleman who took personal interest in his employees and always did his utmost to ensure the Inspecton Service was in the forefront. It was more than a priveledge to work wih him and my deepest sympathy for the loss of such a fine gentleman.
