Ronnie Curtis Chrisco

Ronnie Curtis Chrisco, 67, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at home, surrounded by family, after his battle with lung cancer.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 3:00pm, located at Mt. Hope Baptist Church with pastor Craig Peak officiating. A visitation will be held at 2:30pm, prior to the service.
Ronnie Curtis Chrisco, was born June 30, 1957, in Greensboro, NC, to the late Jack Curtis Chrisco and Betty Lou Smith Chrisco. Ronnie was a loving husband, father, PawPaw, uncle and friend. He loved the outdoors, fishing, yardwork, Nascar, and most of all, his grandkids.
In addition to his parents, Ronnie is preceded in death by his grandson Brantley Charles Chrisco; brother Kenneth W. Chrisco; brother-in-law Jeff Wills; and nephew Dustin C. Wills.
Mr. Chrisco is survived by his wife of 44 years, Joann Wills Chrisco, of McLeansville NC; son Bobby Chrisco (Tiffany), of Minoa NY; and daughter Stacey Poweska (Alvin), of Ramseur NC. He is additionally survived by grandchildren, Destany Deshay Poweska, Alvin L. Poweska IV, Lukas C. Chrisco, and Niko J. Poweska; sister Debbie Sides, of Asheville NC; sisters-in-law Sharon Chrisco, of Eden NC, Barbara Wills, of McLeansville NC, Tonya Will, of McLeansville NC; niece Wendy Mooney; and nephews Tommy Ludington (Sarah), Douglas Sides (Kristin), Jimmy Chrisco, Dylan Wills, and Damien Wills; along with numerous cousins.
