BUD - Ronnie "Goose" Quesenberry, 76, of Bud, where he was a lifelong resident, passed away at his home on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, after a brief illness. Born March 3, 1949, in Mullens, he was the son of the late Cecil and Tressie Lusk Quesenberry.

Goose was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, and fishing. He was a fan of WVU Sports. He enjoyed going to the Smokey Mountains with Pam and spending time with his two special dogs, Gizmo and Ginger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Bonnie Crouch; brother, Larry Quesenberry; and brothers-in-law, Lanny Crouch and Garry Gibson.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Pam Quesenberry, sisters, Phyllis Quesenberry of Bud, and Vickie Gibson of Bristol, TN; brother, Jerry Quesenberry and wife Patty of Beckley; two sons, Matthew Quesenberry and wife April of Richlands, and Joseph Quesenberry and wife Marie of Herndon; six grandchildren, Luke, Anna, Maggie, Noah, Abby, and Chloe; special brother-in-law, Jimmy Roberts and wife Jeanne of Covel; three nieces, and three nephews.

Memorial Service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Jimmy Roberts, officiating. The family will receive visitors from 2:00 p.m. until the service hour.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to Herndon Community Church, PO Box 492, Bud, WV, 24716.
