Dr. Rosa Maria Abreo

Dr. Abreo was not only my boss , but an avid supporter and mentor. She was a true believer of Bilingual education and at the of her career was very inspiring to many future teachers and educators! Qué viva Doctora Abreo!! Para Siempre! Go Horns! Go Jaggies ! ( TAMU-SA)

Dr. Obreo was a true hero to many of her students. Especially to women who were first generation College Degreed. She inspired all of us not only to succeed and reach our greatest potential, but to serve as College career driven Leaders with in our family. I am so blessed to have know her as a student and will always keep her and family in my prayers. Love and miss you Dr.Obreo and may you rest
in eternal peace.

To the family of Dr. Abreo, I wish to express my deepest condolences. Dr. Abreo was my college advisor, professor, and, most of all, my motivator. She was always there to encourage me. She gave me the strength and the courage to follow my dream of becoming an educator. Through her words of wisdom, she inspired me to become the Bilingual Educator that I am today. I hope continue her legacy in educating the less fortunate. May she rest in peace.
