Rosa-Anna Lubrano, 58 of Toms River, NJ, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 23, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Rosir is reunited in heaven with her beloved parents Frank and Filomena Lubrano (nee Somma) as well as her brother Enzo Lubrano.
Rosie is survived by her Sister, Mary husband Frank, Sister-law Jane Lubrano, Nephews, Brian, wife, Sarina, Frankie Edgar wife, Renee, Nieces Dana Lubrano, Gina Prozzo, Husband Vinny, Megan Lischak, husband Dan. Great Nephews Francesco Edgar, Santino Edgar, Vincent Prozzo, Anthony Prozzo, Thedore Lischak, Great nieces, Valentina Edgar, Alexa Lubrano, Eleanor Lischak & Ava Lubrano.
Rosa-Anna resided at 21plus group home, where she loved the staff, Allison, Jennifer, Stephanie, Terri & others. Rosie had a special bond with sapling court administrator, Niel Luli, she would let everyone know that was "her Niel". Rosie had an infectious laugh, loved singing & dancing. Rosie enjoyed her many trips with friends at 21plus. to say she was a firecracker is an understatement. She will forever be held in the hearts of her adoring family & 21plus.
The Family will receive relatives and friends for a visitation on Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 9:00am -11:30am at the Carmona-Bolen Home for Funerals, 412 Main St, Toms River, Nj. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at the funeral home at 11:15am. Entombment to follow at the Ocean County Memorial Park. 1722 Silverton Road, Toms River, NJ, 08753.
