She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Leighann Williams and Breanna Lee Lewis; sons, Christian Lewis and Brandon Lewis; sisters, Jessie Dunlap and Shirley Meyers; brothers, Robert Adkins, Elec Adkins, Paul Adkins, and Michael Adkins; grandchildren, Jordan Lewis, Ashley Thomas, Joshua Horton, Thomas Williams and Jaxon Williams; great-grandchildren, Braylyn Horton, Jacqueline Horton, Elly Horton, Silas Horton, Averi Thomas and DeLilah Thomas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard "Rick" Lewis; son, Richard "Ricky" Lewis; parents, Elmer "A" and Bessie Adkins; sisters, Ruby McAlister, Willie Lyle, Rhonda Palmer, and Nancy Thomas; brothers, David "Buck" Adkins and Gary Don Adkins.
