Rosa May Meadows, age 80, of Henderson, Kentucky, went to live with Jesus at 1:45 PM, Friday, December, 23, 2011, at St. Anthony's Lucy Smith King Care Center. She was born on May 12, 1931 to Henry M. Meadows and Clara Goldie Armour Meadows. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons, Virgil E. Lee and her infant son, and 3 brothers. Survivors include: 2 Daughters: Judith A. Lee Clara Susan Stone and husband Darrell All of Henderson, KY 4 Sons: James T. Blandford and his wife Linda of Hebbardsville, KY. Danny L. Blandford, Sr. and wife Debbie Henry R. Meadows and wife Amanda Robert W. Meadows and wife Gayle All of Henderson, KY 1 sister: Joyce M. Meadows of Gaston, SC. 27 Grandchildren 55 Great Grandchildren 2 Great Great Grandchildren Several Nieces and Nephews Funeral Services will be conducted at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Tapp Funeral Home. Rev. Allen Baxter will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Henderson, KY. Friends may call from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM on Monday and from 8:00 AM until service time on Tuesday at Tapp Funeral Home, 223 Third Street, Henderson, KY., Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice.
