Loving great-grandmother of Christopher Vazquez, Camila Sanchez, Albany Marin, Ryan Marin, Kristell Solis, and Vicente Vazquez. Dear sister of Guadalupe Uraga, Remedios Uraga and the late Vicente Uraga.
Visiting Saturday November 1, 2025 from 8:30-10:30AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, Passaic at 11AM. Interment, Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton.

Rosa Vargas, de 77 años, residente de Passaic, falleció el 29 de octubre de 2025. Nacida en San Nicolás Tolentino, Puebla, México, Rosa llegó a Estados Unidos en 2004 y se estableció en Passaic. Católica devota, fue muy querida por su familia y amigos, y era conocida por ser una cocinera excepcional a la que le encantaba bailar.
Amada esposa del fallecido Vicente Vargas. Madre devota de Eduarda Leticia Vargas, Alejandra Vargas y la difunta Guadalupe Vargas. Querida abuela de Adriana Vázquez, Karla Vázquez, Giovanni Meléndez, José Vázquez, Michael Vázquez y el fallecido Andy Meléndez. Cariñosa bisabuela de Christopher Vázquez, Camila Sánchez, Albany Marín, Ryan Marín, Kristell Solís y Vicente Vázquez. Querida hermana de Guadalupe Uraga, Remedios Uraga y el fallecido Vicente Uraga.
El velatorio, el sábado 1 de noviembre de 2025 de 8:30 a 10:30 AM en la Funeraria Shook, ubicada en 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Servicio Fúnebre a las 11:00 AM en la Iglesia Católica de San Antonio de Padua, Passaic. El entierro en el Cementerio Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton.
