Rosalie M Caine

Rosalie M. Caine, 96, of Lansdale, died Sunday, January 4, 2026.

Born August 3, 1929 in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Florence (Vandergrift) Schneider.

Rosalie was employed as a manager in women's retail clothing for over 40 years. Later, she worked as a receptionist in the healthcare industry. She was a parishioner of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Lansdale.

She is survived by her son, Dennis L. Caine (Diane) of Harleysville; four grandchildren, Shannon Carr (Michael) of Lancaster, Christopher Caine of Harleysville, Carolyn Caine (Sam Brody) of Lawrence, KS, and Emily Caine (Erich Gercke) of Baltimore; four great-grandchildren, Nicholas Carr, Isaiah Brody, Raphael Caine, and Zelda Gercke; a sister, Barbara Melinson of Harleysville; beloved nieces and nephews; and her treasured family Rosanne, and Elizabeth Rafter.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Caine; brother, Gerald Schneider; and two sisters, Frances Vanis and Maria Hollander.

Relatives and friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 16, 2026 at St. Mary Center, 701 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Philadelphia. Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Rosalie's memory to the Pathway School, 162 Egypt Road, Jeffersonville, PA 19403.
