She grew up in Forest Park, but lived most of her life in the Woodlawn area.
She lived a long loving life. Rosalie leaves a legacy of love behind, but nothing meant more to her than her family.
Surviving are her two daughters, Gayle Wingate (Steve), Lori Kirk; grandchildren, Zachary Wingate (Victoria), Elijah Wingate (Kayla), Christian Wingate (Ashton), Christina Wingate (Mike), Ashley Kreit (Jeffrey); great-grandchildren, Brayden, Scarlette, Everly, Bryce, Bryndle, Marlow, Mason and Dalton.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead, MD 21074. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, 10:00 am at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in Lorraine Park Cemetery.
