Rosalie Stahl Obituary

Published by Legacy on Mar. 31, 2026.
Rosalie Ellen Stahl, 70, passed away on March 28, 2026. Born on October 17, 1955, Rosalie lived a life centered on faith, family, and devotion to those she loved.

Rosalie has left behind her pain and suffering and has been welcomed home by her loving Savior and her parents, Lowell and JoAnn (Miller) Kemery. She devoted the last ten years of her mother JoAnn's life to caring for her, a reflection of her selfless and compassionate nature.

A 1973 graduate of Columbia City Joint High School, Rosalie went on to dedicate 30 years of faithful work to Precision Plastics before her retirement. She was known for her strong work ethic and quiet dedication.

Rosalie found her greatest joy in her family. She deeply loved her granddaughter, Peysen Stahl, and cherished every moment they spent together. Whether shopping, visiting farmers markets, or attending animal shows, their time together created treasured memories. She also held a special bond with Peysen's mother, Cheri Dear, who followed Rosalie's example and lovingly cared for her in the final years of her life.

Rosalie had a gift for making others feel loved, especially through her hobbies. She enjoyed quilting, baking during the holidays, and creating warm, meaningful moments with her family.

She is survived by her siblings, Roxanna Ousley, Ruth Nofzinger, Rebecca Ousley, and Roger Kemery, along with her beloved granddaughter, Peysen Stahl.

The family will hold a private celebration of Rosalie's life at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Smith and Son Funeral Home, Columbia City.
