Rosanne Wright

Rosanne Wight was born on May 24, 1951 and passed away peacefully at her home in Winchester, Virginia on March 15,2026 at the age of 74, surrounded by love. Rosanne was preceded in death by her parents, David and Romaine Stanton; sister, Carolyn Wright; nieces Diana Taylor and Donna Butler; and nephew, Francisco Stanton. She is survived by her Son, David Wright; daughter, Rebecca Rosillo; grandsons Matthew Rose and Joshua Wright, and great grandchildren Joey, Kristina, Lacie, Amara, Cody, and Emily; and siblings, David Stanton, Jr and Barbara Stanton.

Rosanne was many things to many people - but to those who knew her best she was simply the strongest, kindest person in the room. She was brave in ways most people never saw, always quietly putting her family first, always making sure everyone else was taken care of before herself. She was the kind of woman who never asked for much but gave everything. Her life mission was to take care of kids, and the countless kids she had the honor of spending time with remember has the most fun adult they knew.

She will leave a hole in our lives that cannot be filled. But she also leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and selflessness that lives in everyone she touched. She was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
