Blessings and gratitude to Mr. Draper and his family, for sharing his time and history with others. Mr. Draper was gracious and generous, as I recall that he and fellow Tuskegee Airman, Dr. Robert Williams, were kind enough to accept an invitation to come and speak at one of our first Montgomery County Black History Month programs. Some there, did not know they were in the presence of living legacies. God blessed him and he has been a blessing to many others. May he and his outstanding colleagues' contributions, continue to soar throughout history. L.Willis

His kindness and amazing stories of his life. They were always so full of knowledge. I will always remember him.

I took many check rods with Roscoe when he was with the FAA. The last I saw him was at my brother Herb's memorial service back in 2015.

My first memory of Coach Draper was in an image of him with Milton Crenchaw at Grider airfield in Pine Bluff, Arkansas from an event in 2003 or 2004? My first meeting Dr. Draper was in Philly's 30th St. Amtrak/Septa train station during an interview. He drove and parked just out front. He has class, and SWAG! An unforgettable legend. Thank you God and the Draper family for this servant-hero who rests with the Lord. Edmond W. Davis, global authority on the Tuskegee Airmen and Airwomen history.
