ROSCOE WAS A GOOD MAN. HE WOULD ATTEND OUR CHURCH SERVICE EVERY TIME. WE WOULD SPEND A GOOD BIT OF TIME TALKING AFTER THE SERVICES. HE BECAME A GREAT FRIEND. HE HAS ACHIEVED THE ANSWER TO ONE OF HIS PRAYERS.
