Roscoe H. Phillips

My father, Russel Batten and my son Richard Lee McAllister thought so much of Mr Phillips. We all send you our love and prayers for your loss.

I first met Roscoe when I came to PVCC in 1999. Imagine my surprise that we had an employee in his eighties. But as I got to know Roscoe,I quickly learned that age is just a number. This man was young at heart and young in spirit. He was loved by faculty and students at PVCC. He lived a long life but he still left this world too soon.---Frank Friedman, President PVCC
