Rose Marie Crenshaw

Rose Marie Baker Crenshaw, 91, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, November 19, 2025. She was born May 18, 1934, to Evina Simoneaux Baker and John Baker in Buelah, Louisiana.

Rose was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt, who cherished her family. Her joys in life included traveling, shopping, antiquing, finding collectables, and family reunions. She was an active member of the church Altar Society and The Lone Star Red Hat Society.

Survivors include her husband of sixty-nine years, James Cleo Crenshaw, Sr.; children, James Cleo Crenshaw, Jr. and his spouse, Jeannie, of Beaumont; Timothy Lynn Crenshaw of Coldspring; Dr. Joani Crenshaw-Goss and her spouse, Sam, of Lacassine, Louisiana; Tammy Ann Hale of Porter, Texas; brother, Tommy Lynn Baker and his spouse, Brenda, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Patrick Richard Hale II, Joshua James Hale, Brittany Ann Hale, Ashley Goss-McCoy, Derek Goss, Chad Goss, Taylor James Goss, and Heather Goss- Vidrine.

She is preceded in death by her parents; in-laws, Abe and Otha Lee Crenshaw; siblings, Gilford and Doris Baker, Gussy and George Robins, Allen Baker, Helen Sibert, Joseph Baker; and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

A gathering of Mrs. Crenshaw's family and friends will be from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 24, 2025, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 2715 Calder Avenue, Beaumont. Her entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
