Rose V Hearon

Rose V. Hearon - Goshen NJ. Rose went home to the Lord on June 19th, 2016. She was born on October 16, 1934 in Rumson New Jersey to Charles and Ida Reiss. She graduated as a proud hard working young lady at Redbank Catholic High School. Rose worked in many company offices, meeting John Hearon at Alexanders lumber company in Vineland. They later married and settled in the beautiful town of Goshen, NJ. Rose was always active. Most of the time running more than one business. "Tinkers Barn", "Unkles Korner", "Point Tax Service", and was a Notary in Cape May County. She was also very much involved in the community, as a Fire Commissioner with the Goshen Volunteer Fire Company; holding the position of Treasurer for many years. She was predeceased by her husband John, her two brothers Charles and Robert Reiss and her parents. She is survived by her loving sons Robert K. Goodheart Jr, John T. Hearon Jr, and his wife Dorothy. Both of Goshen, and her daughter Judy Fittes and her husband Geoff of Valentine, NSW Australia, and her wonderful sister Lou DuFresne of Georgia. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Friday June 24th at 11:00am at the Goshen Methodist Cemetery. A informal memorial service will be held after at the Emmanuel Baptist Hall across the street. In lieu of flowers, please send all donations to the Goshen Volunteer Fire Company.
