Rose Joy Obituary
LeRoy: Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at age 88. Predeceased by her parents, George and Josephine Joy; brothers, John Joy, Thomas (Mary) Gioia, Joseph (Sara) Ricotta, Tony (Vera) Ricotta; sisters, Sally Joy, Mary Gioia, Agnes (Al) Perrotta, Angie (Richard) Borrelli. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Margaret Joy; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and the Staff at Aaron Manor.
She was the care-giver of the Joy Family.
Friends may call FRIDAY from 8:30-9:30 AM at DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 10:15 AM in St. Jude Church, 4100 Lyell Rd., Gates. Interment, St. Francis Cemetery (Leroy, NY). In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Aaron Manor Nursing Home (Activity Dept.), 100 St. Camillus Way, Fairport, NY 14450 in her memory.
A special thanks to the staff at Aaron Manor, especially Keesha Carpenter, for making Rose's last few years so wonderful.

To the Joy Family: I worked with Sally at General Foods in Avon and Sally talked all the time about her loving family. I did visit for a family gathering when they lived in Leroy, and met several of her relatives including Rose.
My sympathy and prayers to you all during this difficult time.
