Rose Rush Obituary

Rose Mary Rush

Rose Mary Rush, 83, of Findlay, passed away at The Heritage Tuesday, November 25, 2025. She was born in Findlay, November 28, 1941, to Clifford and Esther (Dela Hamaide) Woodward. On June 21, 1959 she married Michael Kent Rush, who preceded her in death January 23, 2007.

Survivors include a daughter, Beth Ann Rush of Hudson, Florida; grandchildren, Lauren and Jessica Kraemer; and a great-grandchild, Ivy.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband.

Rose Mary co-owned and operated Mike's Service Stations throughout the area with her husband and held various administrative assistant jobs including her work at the University of Findlay in the data processing area. She enjoyed traveling, visiting wineries, dancing and entertaining family and friends. She also enjoyed the arts, interior design, and fashion.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. Friday, November 28, 2025, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. Funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. with Pastor Kirk Schneemann officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Memorial contribu-tions may be directed to Humane Society of Hancock County.
