Roselle Watson Green

Roselle Watson Green, age 83, of Walton, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 27, 2026, on the family farm where she was raised and later raised her own family-a place that remained close to her heart throughout her life.

Roselle was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She worked as a bookkeeper and was a faithful member and Sunday School teacher at Florence Church of Christ, where her quiet service and steadfast faith touched many lives. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life: farming, cooking for those she loved, crocheting, bowling, collecting milk glass, and-most of all-spending cherished time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar Clinton Watson and Mildred Carrier Watson.

Roselle is lovingly survived by her husband of 64 years, Arthur Clay Green; her children, Arthur Clinton "Clint" Green (Diana) and Cynthia Rene Green Houck (Brad); her sisters, Arlene Porter, Sylvia Siffel, Wanda Allen (Donald), and Juanita Mayfield (David); and her beloved grandchildren, Jacob Clinton Green, Elijah Clay Green, Kayla Rene Presnell, and Jonathan Brayden Presnell.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, with funeral services beginning at noon at Florence Church of Christ, 1141 Boone Aire Road, Florence, Kentucky 41042. Interment will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North.
