Rosemarie Adams

Rosemarie Adams, a beloved hairedresser and cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2025, in Riverhead, New York. Born on March 4, 1949, in Brooklyn, New York, Rosemarie lived a life filled with love, creativity, and dedication to her craft.

A proud high school graduate, Rosemarie developed her passion for hairstyling early in life, turning it into a successful career that she pursued with both enthusiasm and skill. Her commitment to her clients went beyond just hairstyling; she built lasting relationships and became a trusted confidante to many.

Rosemarie leaves behind a loving family who will deeply miss her presence. She is survived by her devoted husband, Gerald, who stood by her side through many of life's joys and challenges. Together, they raised a wonderful family, including their children: Gerald and his wife Christina, Michelle Adams, Derek Adams and his wife Mayra, and Denise Cortez and her husband Kevin. Rosemarie was also the proud grandmother of two grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and pride. She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Frank and Julia, whose memories she held close throughout her life. 

Rosemarie’s warmth and spirit will be remembered fondly by her family and friends, as well as all those whose lives she touched during her time with us.
