Rosemarie Capozzi, 85, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at Staten Island University Hospital South. Born Sunday, November 3, 1935 in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Michael Fruciello and the late Julia Mayo Fruciello. Rosemarie was the beloved wife of 64 years to Al Capozzi. Loving mother to Lorayne Capozzi, Barbara Cialdella and her husband, Philip, and Christopher Michael Capozzi. Devoted grandmother to Laine and Louis Cialdella. The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 24, 2021, at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd. (at Eltingville Station), Staten Island, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 25, 2021 at St. Clare Church located at 110 Nelson Avenue Staten Island, New York 10308. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
