Rosemarie Olga Elise Wenzek, born on June 19, 1930, in Hamburg, Germany, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025, in Yaphank, New York. A devoted homemaker, Rosemarie dedicated her life to nurturing and supporting her family, creating a warm and loving environment that will be cherished by all who knew her.
Her legacy continues through her loving family: her sons Michael and Thomas (his wife Vicky); her daughter, Irene (Al) Zaccor; five cherished grandchildren, Jacqueline, Nicholas, Matthew, Hailey, and Danielle; and her great-grandchild, Elizabeth. Each of them carries the light of her memory in their hearts, a testament to the profound impact she had on their lives. Rosemarie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Werner H. Wenzek, and her loving parents, Heinrich and Katharina Juergens. Their love and guidance shaped the remarkable woman she became.
As we remember Rosemarie, we celebrate the warmth of her home, the love she cultivated, and the wisdom she imparted. She will be dearly missed but forever remembered in the hearts of her family and friends.
