Rosemary Bower

Rosemary (Siemionko) Bower, of Enfield, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 29, 2025 surrounded by family.

Born in Hartford, CT on August 15, 1939, Rosemary was the daughter of the late William and Helen (Kozlowski) Siemionko and grew up in Windsor Locks. Rose was a longtime resident of Enfield where she raised her family.

A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Rosemary was predeceased by her husband of 46 years, John M. Bower Sr., who passed away in 2008; and her siblings, William Siemionko, Jr., Ann Rolocut, and Helen "Betty" Bonadies. She is survived by her children, John M. Bower Jr. of Enfield; Mary Germano and her husband, Paul, of Berlin; Lisa Zelepos and her husband, Christos, of Mystic; and Christopher Bower and his wife, Pauline, of Enfield. She leaves her adored grandchildren, John Michael Bower and his wife Caitlynn and their daughter Rylee, MaKenna Bower, Brendan Germano and his wife Adriana, Nicholas Germano, and Emma Zelepos, who brought her tremendous joy. Rosemary also leaves her sister, Jean Stasiowski of Glastonbury; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Her family will receive relatives and friends Monday, December 8, from 10-11 am at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield with a Funeral Home Service taking place at 11 am. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Windsor Locks.
