RoseMary was born on July 11, 1939, in Zeeland, ND to John and Malonia (Materi) Silbernagel. She was raised on the family farm north of Zeeland. After several years they moved into town where she graduated from Zeeland High School. She then moved to Minneapolis, MN for a short time. RoseMary married Jaford Burgad on September 13, 1958, at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Zeeland, ND. Together they lived on the Burgad family farm until 1970. They relocated to a farm southeast of Napoleon, which she lovingly nurtured into the family home for the remainder of her time. She will be fondly remembered for her love of life and dedication to family. RoseMary's love for her family was unconditional, her warmth infectious, and her approach to every adversity was one with courage and grace. Her inner strength was a pillar for the family. She was small but mighty, and always managed to keep high energy with a spunky spirit. The love of RoseMary's life was Jaford. Like two peas in a pod, they enjoyed life together to the fullest. Just a few of her passions were canning, cooking, hosting, reading, fishing, gardening and sharing them with everyone around her. Her examples of living a life with love, acceptance, and service to others will forever remain a foundation for the entire family. RoseMary is survived by her children: Jackie (Ron) Isaak, Deb Burgad, Jan (Ross) Haugeberg, Jaford Dean (Laurie Carey) Burgad, and Ronda Burgad; her grandchildren: Lisa (Mike) VanHorn, Camie (Rob) Nagle, Joshua (Brianne) Jacob, Jessica DeCoteau, and Jaford Connor Burgad; her great-grandchildren: Dade DeCoteau, Kaden Zelmer, Michael DeCoteau, Rhett Jacob, and Millie Nagle; her brother, John (Marie) Silbernagel; her sisters: Kathryn Riedlinger, LaVina Lee and Molly (Hank) Napolitan; and her brother-in-law, John Sosniecki.
