Rosemary Krueger Obituary
Rosemary "Rosie" Krueger was born on January 24, 1932, the daughter of the late Hugo and Ethel (nee Perry) Krause. She graduated from Johnson Creek High School in 1949.
Rosie began her work life at St. Mary's Hospital in her younger years, later dedicating over 30 years as a factory worker at Johnson Controls. On December 21, 1974, she married Carl Krueger at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Ixonia.
Rosie's interests included the quiet comfort of knitting and puzzles, as well as the enjoyment of playing slots at the casino. She held a deep love for animals, particularly horses and dogs. In the colder months, she and Carl would winter in Arizona.
Rosie is survived by her husband of 50 years, Carl Krueger; children, Mike Schutt (Connie), Pat Schutt (Steve Wolter), Jean Rosenow, Donna Schutt (Jason Kiltz), Bill Schutt (Barb Cramer); 7 grandchildren, Chris Schutt, Melissa Schutt, Nicholas Lynde, John Rosenow, Jeff Rosenow (Brittney Scherze), Brad Bocher (Kendall), and Kaycee Bocher (Nate Weihert); 2 great-grandchildren, Ivy and Jack Weihert; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Rosie is preceded in death by her son, Jerry Schutt, and her son-in-law, Curt Rosenow. Rosie was the last surviving of her eight siblings, having been preceded in death by Harriet Meyer, June Deitrick, Irene Eichel, Hazel Mueller, Sally Wagner, Mary Lou Polensky, and Elaine Renz.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
