And a resident of Plainview Community passed away Sunday, November 30, 2025 at her residence. Rosemary enjoyed traveling and dining. She liked to read books on her kindle and watch her favorite T V Shows one being Golden Girls. She had worked as a caregiver in Missouri.

Mother and Step-Father: Judy Lynne and Robert L. Simmons
Brother: Benjamin Newcomb
Grandchildren: Miah Jones, Krislynn Jones, Leo Allen
Nieces and nephews: Cyrstal Lynn Davis, Tiffany Michelle Jones
Sara Newcomb, Steven Davis, Jeremy Davis
Uncle: Scott Davis
Father in law and mother in law: Robert and Estelle Mitchell
Best Friend: Charles Varnado
Brother in law and sister in law: Richard and Orlinda Mitchell
Friends: Cindy Gerald, Debbie Ellis
She was preceded in death by her husband Scott Mitchell.
A memorial service will be held at Plainview Baptist Church at 4:00 PM Saturday, December 6, 2025.
