Rosemary was born April 28, 1956 in Charleston, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Juanita Schoolcraft Atkins. She was Baptist and attended Wesley Chapel Methodist Church.
Rosemary is survived by her siblings, Phyllis King of Villa Rica, Carl and Gerri Schoolcraft of Villa, Betty Kasper of Colorado and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with her wishes, she was cremated.
